- CFESA Conferences
CFESA holds bi-annual conferences in the spring and fall of each year. The Spring Conference takes place in May of each year in Chicago in conjunction with the National Restaurant Show. The Fall Conference takes place in conjunction with the NAFEM Show. Remember to make your reservations early.
