	President's Message Welcome to the Commercial Food Equipment Service Association (CFESA). We are a purpose-driven, not-for-profit association committed to service excellence for the foodservice industry. There has never been a better time to be part of our association. In addition to outstanding and responsive training programs, we continue to partner with numerous industry partners, allied associates and commercial foodservice equipment manufacturers. Our Board of Directors works closely with our membership to contribute to their well-being and business success. Highly dedicated and hard working, our Board is committed to making serious contributions, which impact the foodservice industry. Indeed, an important part of CFESA’s mission is to ‘help its members meet the challenges of the industry and ensure customer satisfaction’. Founded in 1963, CFESA members promote the highest standards of professional service. With over 450 members, representing all of North America, our members stock OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts-the best for any equipment-with access to an online inventory of millions of parts. CFESA Certified Technicians will deliver a higher first time fix rate, thereby keeping downtime to a minimum. With more than 3,000 CFESA Certified Technicians, there is a qualified technician in every area to get and keep commercial kitchen equipment up and running. The Mission of CFESA is to anticipate trends and provide services and education to raise standards of performance, help its members meet the challenges of the industry and ensure customer satisfaction. The Vision of CFESA is to be a leader in the foodservice industry. The Association and its members will be recognized as professional, forward thinking and customer oriented. True to the legacy of CFESA, we will continue our efforts to ensure the successful training, education and networking of all our members.
