Customer Service Templates
The following templates are samples of documents materials you may download and implement in your business. The documents are in MS word document format or MS Excel format and are only samples. To download the templates you will need to right click on your choice below and select "Save Target As" and then select the location on your hard drive that you wish to save that particular document.
To customize a Word 2000 Template:
Note: If you want to update modified styles automatically, when you open an existing document, on the Tools menu, click Templates and Add-Ins, and select Automatically update document styles.
To customize a PowerPoint 2000 Template:
To customize an Excel 2000 Template:
If you are customizing a Spreadsheet Solutions template (for example, an Expense Statement, Invoice, or Purchase Order template), you can customize information on the Customize sheet only. Do not change these templates in any other way or you may prevent the formulas and macros from working properly.
Note: If Microsoft Excel asks what you would like to do after you click Save, select Create a new record and then click OK.
